6) Interpret and guide physical fitness tests

COURSE DEFINITIONDevelopment and planning principles of physical fitness programs, exercise prescription principles, ways followed for developing individualized exercise programs, developing different exercise prescription for different populations and application and interpretation of exercise tests.
