At the end of this course, the students; 1) Understand and apply aerobic fitness programming principles 2) Understand and apply muscular fitness programming principles 3) Understand and apply flexibility programming principles 4) Understand exercise prescription principles for children 5) Understand exercise prescription principles for elderly 6) Interpret and guide physical fitness tests 7) Understand and know physical fitness programming principles.

COURSE DEFINITION | Development and planning principles of physical fitness programs, exercise prescription
principles, ways followed for developing individualized exercise programs, developing
different exercise prescription for different populations and application and interpretation of
