At the end of this course, the students; 1) Know and explain the historical development of management 2) Comprehend the importance of principles and process that are related with activity management, planning and analyzing 3) Understand procedures and planning stages of recreational organization 4) Acquire the procedures and legitimate sides of the activity planning 5) Acquire knowledge about how to organize an activity and which institutions they should be communicate to administrate it

COURSE DEFINITION
Includes basic concepts about administration and organization and recreation management
and organization in the light of management principles, techniques and methods of
management, applications of contemporary management processes. Planning and organization
of the recreation programs and related methods. Teaching of administrative processes
necessary for the organization of a recreational activities, its administrative principles and
also duties and current functioning of such bodies in Turkey.
