At the end of this course, the students; 1) Analyze the basic concepts of sociology in the context of daily life. 2) Discuss the approaches of daily life sociology. 3) He critically approaches daily life through the concepts of power, reproduction, consumption, alienation and the individual. 4) Interpret the effects of social changes on daily life. 5) Critically evaluate the concepts of work, leisure and daily life.

COURSE DEFINITION
This course aims to explore the sociology of everyday life both theoretically and empirically with a critical point of view. It focuses on different theoretical approaches as well as different field studies examining the establishment of everyday life by questioning the individual-society, from both micro-macro perspectives.
