Qualification Requirements and Regulations

The PhD students have to accomplish all the mandatory and optional courses succesfully, complete 40 credits in 4 semesters and must be able to present at least 10 orthodontic treatment cases with perfect documentation to be able to take the doctoral proficiency exam. Students who succeeded in the doctoral proficiency exam have to complete the thesis study period of 2 years and must be able to present at least 80 orthodontic treatment cases with perfect documentation to be able to present their PhD thesis. Students who present and justify their PhD thesis receives PhD degree in Orthodontics.
