Profile of the Programme
The basic concepts of the lectures consist of scientific approaches in traditional and complementary medicine. The lecturers are from different Faculties (Medicine, Pharmacy and Health Science). Content of the lessons depends on the choice of applicants. Compulsory lessons are seminar, history in traditional and complementary medicine,statistics,research ethics and research technics. Acupuncture, concepts in neurobiophysics, pain, manual therapy, anatomy and physiology and the products used in phytotherapy, aromatherapy and nutraceuticals as well as herbal medicinal teas are accepted as elective lessons.Education is ended with a study of dissertation.
