  • Improve and deepen knowledge in the same or a different field at an expertise level based upon undergraduate competence.
  • Train specialists who can bring theoretical solutions to long-term problems that concern the socio-economic and political future of the country.
  • Comprehend the interaction among the disciplines related to field.
  • Use and analyse the information coming from different disciplines to develop the field.
  • Build a problem in field independently, develop a solution method, solve it, evaluate the results and apply it if necessary.
  • Evaluate information related to field with a critical point of view, orientate learning and perform advanced level studies independently.
  • Examine social relations and norms that lead these relations in a critical point of view, improve them and take action to change them if necessary.
  • Search literature using the English language.
  • Use computer software along with the information and communication technologies at a level required by the field.
