- Have theoretical and practice knowledge on sub-themes of Clinical Social Work and able to critisize and transfer this knowledge to practice.
- Able to involve in policy, planning, program and strategy development processes related to the fields of social work.
- Able to create data-bases for intra-institutional social work settings and able to use the appropriate data for evaluating practice, developing strategies and evidence-based practice.
- Have appropriate knowledge on Supervision and able to use this knowledge in practice
- Able to carry out social work practices as independent or a team worker. Undertaking the leader role in the team when necessary
- Able to take the responsibility of uncertain and complex situations (crisis) and provide constructive solutions in social work areas
- Able to discuss and disseminate knowledge, own work or current issues in social work in written, oral and visual formats.
