Key Learning Outcomes

  • Demonstrates basic reading, comprehension, speaking and writing skills in the English language
  • Has a basic knowledge of the main theories, facts, concepts and principles in the field of tourism, travel agency and tour operator services.
  • Uses techniques, tools and equipment related to tourism and travel services; has the ability to use agency automation systems.
  • Transfers the knowledge he/she has at the level of basic skills through written and verbal communication; communicates effectively with guests and collaborators.
  • Gains the ability to work under workload, stress and pressure, as well as occupational safety, worker health, environmental protection knowledge and quality awareness.
  • It fulfills and develops service processes related to Tourism and Travel Management in line with consumer needs and wishes, and offers solutions to problems that will affect service processes.
  • Knows national and international legal regulations, social, environmental and professional ethical values related to Tourism and Travel Management and develops behaviors accordingly.
