- Uses deepening and development competencies at the level of expertise in clinical and academic studies in the fields of specialized physiotherapy and rehabilitation, conducts advanced professional practice and research.
- Knows clinical problems, concepts and principles associated with basic medical sciences associated with physiotherapy and rehabilitation; by analyzing in line with problem solving and reasoning processes, assesses, evaluates, describes and organizes according to necessity with biopsychosocial perspective and effective communicating skills
- Applicates physiotherapy and rehabilitation program systematically and confidentially by using advanced level and up-to-date knowledge and skill earnings in line with ethical principles, patient privacy, occupational autonomy and legislations; gains knowledge about legal consequences of all physiotherapy and rehabilitation applications.
- Plans research, takes part in projects, interprets the results of studies by choosing appropriate statistical methods, writes report and presents or publishes in scientific meetings. Defines researches within the framework of ethical rules and participates in all stages of the research.
- Contributes to creating national and international health policies according to changing and diversifying needs of community in the physiotherapy and rehabilitation scope and orienting peoples for healthy life and protection of public health
- Communicates effectively in oral and written international professional and academic studies using at least one foreign language
