Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading
A student's success in courses is determined by evaluating both in-term grades and the final exam grade together.In-term grades consist of scores from quizzes, midterm exam, and, depending on the course, assignments, practicals, and other applied work. In line with the credit system, the percentage of the in-term and final evaluations (exams, assignments, practice, etc.) should be declared by the course instructor to the head of the relevant department within the first two weeks of the semester and announced to the students by the relevant unit. Finally, taking into consideration the level of overall achievement of all students taking the course, is to be determined by the academic staff member according to the letter grades indicated in the Regulations.
