Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading
The conclusive success of the student is determined by the conjoint assessment of the term grades and final exam grade. Quiz grades, midterm grades, homework and assigned practical studies construct the term grades. Within a credit system the criteria for assessment is settled by the course instructor. The instructor should have to setle the criteria within first two weeks of the semester. After determining the assessment criteria the instructor informs the coordinator and the coordinator announces the criteria to students. The course instructor makes the final assessment by considering the general performance of the students and gives one of the letter grades listed below.
