1) Description the basic principles of the inventory, inventory management and demand terms
2) Identifying the inventory costs and establishing the total cost functions
3) An ability to modeling, analyzing and solving the inventory models regarding the basic concepts of inventory policies
4) Presenting the qualitative or quantitative research projects

COURSE DEFINITIONInvestigation of the techniques of theory, algorithm and optimization for the flow layout and facility layout. Single or multi-stage distribution systems. Capacitated and uncapacitated facility layout. Displacement, stochastic layout and layout with uncertain data. Heuristic algorithms.
