1) An ability to program and solve the thermodynamic cycle mass and energy balances for a spark ignition engine cycle .
2) An ability to simulate the induction, compression, combustion, expansion and exhaust processes of a spark ignition engine.
3) An ability to program and analyse the cycle simulations of a spark ignition engine.
4) An ability to graphically present the cycle processes of a spark ignition engine.

3rd Week Fuel systems in diesel engines
4th Week Fuel systems in diesel engines
5th Week Ignition limits, ignition and combustion performances of air-fuel mixtures
6th Week Combustion and igntion theories, self ignition and ignition delay
7th Week Fuel bundles formation, fragmentation of fuel bundles
8th Week Midterm
9th Week Parameters which effects formation of fuel bundles. Distribution and mesurament of fuel droplet diameters.
10th Week Combustion chamber types in diesel engines
11th Week Air motions in combustion chamber
12th Week Mixture formation in SI engines. Combustion chamber types in direct injection SI engines
13th Week Mathematical modelling of fuel injection
14th Week Injection in diesel engines, igntion and combustion phases Injection in SI engines, igntion and combustion phases
