At the end of this course, the students; 1) to develop the skills in practicing the statistics techniques that are often used in causal, comparative, correlational and empirical patterns for the Social Sciences Studies by using SPSS; interpreting the results and reporting.

COURSE DEFINITION
The subjects of the course are as in the followings: Quantitative research patterns and data ananysis; basic terms; the introduction of SPSS program; descriptive statistics; hypothesis testing; T-test and variation analysis; correlation techniques; simple and multi-regression analysis; validity and reliability analysis; non-parametric analysis (qui-square test, Mann Whitney U test, Kruskal Wallis test)
