COURSE DEFINITION	Producing educational service, definition of input-process-output in an educational service, school management organization, education-management-support settlement in the educational process, definition of quality in school management and factors that effect quality, data information management, definition of internal and external customer in school and customer satisfaction, assessment and evaluation, leadership, in-service education school culture.
