LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT |
At the end of this course, the students; 1) Discuss and critically evaluate the nature and purpose of applied sport psychology interventions. 2) Collate, analyze and critically evaluate data resulting from the use of performance profiling and psychological needs analysis. 3) Learn and justify psychological techniques suitable for enhancing performance. 4) Make a fluent and comprehensive oral presentation using appropriate terminology and conventions.

COURSE DEFINITION | Bu dersin sonunda öğrenciler, spor psikolojisi teorilerinin yapısını uygulama alanında geliştirebilirler, spor psikolojisinde yer alan bazı anahtar becerileri (imgeleme, hedef belirleme, olumlu konuşma gibi) geliştirebilirler. Buna ek olarak psikolojik beceri antrenmanlarını spor ortamına uyarlayabilirler. |
