At the end of this course, the students; 1) Know and explain basic concepts of leadership. 2) Know and explain role of leadership skills in recreation activities. 3) Know and discuss power and authority, motivation, conflict management, change management and reflections of these on recreational activities. 4) Discuss the effects of cultural context on leadership.
