1) Know and understand parameters of physical fitness and factors affecting them
2) Know, apply and interpret laboratory and field tests
3) Know and prescribe conditioning programs to athletes
4) Know and prescribe conditioning programs to sedentary individuals
5) Know and evaluate physical fitness in different populations

COURSE DEFINITIONIncludes concepts related with physical fitness, learning and application of laboratory and field testing in measurement of physical fitness parameters, evaluation of physical fitness in different populations (children, women, elderly) and exercise prescription principles.
