COURSE DEFINITIONThe course aims to examine new organizational designs and managerial practices that have come to light in recent years. The content of the course will cover the meaning of globalization for organizations, organizational designs (eg virtual organizations, network organizations), management practices (eg total quality management, change engineering, lean management), management understandings (eg organizational culture) , production technologies (advanced - flexible production methods).
