COURSE DEFINITION
Terrorism is one of most important risks and threats that adversely affect internal security of countries. In countering terrorism, having a correctly understood and applied legal rules will make the efforts more effective and will make successes more sustainable. Aim of this course is to inform and guide the students on preventive and corrective legal norms. Subject will be examined with its international law and domestic law contexts, and when necessary, will cover also comparative examples. Course will conclude with a brain-storming session with the students as participants.
