At the end of this course, the students; 1) Know the principles and functions of Human Resource Management departments in organizations 2) Can prepare and undertake job analysis 3) Know employment methods 4) Know the training needs analysis techniques 5) Know the methods for designing performance management system of an organization's employees. 6) Can develop techniques that will gain strategic advantage by improving the skills of employees.

COURSE DEFINITION | In this course the contemporary human resources management practices are discussed. Human resource planning, work design, recruitment, selection and outplacement, performance evaluation, planning of reward systems, compensation, labour relations and communication practices are analyzed in order to develop effective and healthy organizations. |
