At the end of this course, the students; 1) Gains a sociological perspective on food production and consumption. 2) Learns the developments in the field of food. 3) Gains a critical approach to current social problems. 4) Understands the importance of food in terms of sociological dimension. 5) Can grasp the connections of food and sociology in the future and in the past.
