At the end of this course, the students; 1) Having basic culinary knowledge. 2) Knows the basic concepts and principles of menu planning. 3) Plans a menu in line with the principles of nutrition and menu planning. 4) Understands the importance of menu design in marketing the business. 5) Understands the importance of menu planning.
