COURSE DEFINITION
The aim of the course is to provide students with knowledge and awareness about the decrease and disappearance of the resources in the world day by day and the irreversible nature of this process. For our future, it is important to replace every value consumed and/or damaged by people, and in this context, it is a necessity to discuss the philosophy of sustainability.
Sustainability is also a remarkable primary element in terms of design in today's world. Therefore, within the scope of the course, it is aimed to discuss the concept of sustainability in design in a physical, cultural and global context. Thus, for the future, more effective use of world resources for the production and service sector will be made possible by researching with an interdisciplinary approach.
