LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) In the printing house; understanding of prepress, printing and postpress stages. 2) Giving information about printing techniques and usage areas. 3) Introduction of printing materials.

COURSE DEFINITION	The aim of this course understanding : before and after printing and while printing job levels. And giving information about the technic about printing (typography) and usage areas. In between this serving the printing equipment.
COURSE CONTENTS	WEEK TOPICS 1st Week Description of printing (typography) 2nd Week Typographic compozition, graphic design and giving information about design, generally. 3rd Week Information about film, tram and colored printing. 4th Week Drawing the installation plan and the size of standarts of letters. 5th Week The installation and its ppread of pages. 6th Week Conventional masters and computer to masters systems. 7th Week The technology of offsetprinting and information about sheetfed and web offset. 8th Week Dry offset printing, "Toray" offset printing and the using fields. 9th Week The technology of rotogravure and the using fields. 10th Week The technology of flexo printing and the using fields. 11th Week Serigraphy printing and the using fields. 12th Week The technology of digital printing and tampon printing. 13th Week The production of letters and cartons.And the variety of letters and cartons and their size. 14th Week To be crupled of printed forms and confederating works; adding, cutting and packing.
