LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT At the end of this course, the students;
1) Competence of solving design problems and generating unique ideas
2) Competence of working within a specified concept and limits
3) Competence of correlating, interpreting past, present and future in design field
4) Competence of critical thinking
5) Competence of transmitting the thoughts in verbal and visual manners
6) Competence of constituting relation between historical, communal and economic conditions and art and design processes
7) Competence of expressing an idea, concept or a fact visually in a creative mode
8) Competence of conceptual thinking and expressing the thoughts visually
9) Competence of selection and production of typography-typeface appropriate for the work
10) Competence of utilisation appropriate and correct typographic design knowledge for working field
11) Competence of constituting and implementing writing relation with visual documents

COURSE DEFINITIONThe Graduation Project which contains all fields of graphic design is produced in this course. Students design and make the exhibitions of choosen subjects, corporate identity, web design, three dimentional products, billboards, brochures, information design, indoor and outdoor advertising, TV advertisements etc.
