At the end of this course, the students; 1) Knows the regulations made in the field of Banking Law since the Republic period until today. 2) Have information about definitions, areas of activity, mergers, divisions and liquidations within the scope of Banking Law Regulations. 3) Knows the establishment and operating permit procedures of banks. 4) Masters Corporate Governance and Protective Provisions (equity and standard rates, credits, limitations). 5) Have information about the Deposit and Participation Fund, audit and measures to be taken.

Legislation concerning banking operations, Turkish Banking Law, Regulation for the Turkish Central Bank, Authority of Treasury Secretary, limits for establishment of banks, banking structure, definition and types of deposits, auditing and supervision of banks.
