LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) Will be able to diagnose nursing care needs of the individual, family and the community who have health status according to the functional health patterns. 2) Will be able to decide convenient nursing implementation to the circumstances of the individual, family and the community who have health status according to the functional health patterns. 3) Will be able to care the individual, family and the community who have health status according to the functional health patterns as need according to legal and ethical principles. 4) Will be able to evaluate the outcomes of nursing care of the individual, family and the community who have health status according to the functional health patterns. 5) Will be able to teach/ educate the individual, family and the community who have health status according to the functional health patterns.

COURSE DEFINITION	This course is the continuation of HSH 236 and gives information and skills in handling, diagnosing and planning the care of the physiologic, psychologic and social responses of the individual in all age groups and their families to acute and chronic diseases by using systems theory.
