At the end of this course, the students; 1) Will be able to explain the rules for applying the nursing profession. 2) Will be able to use principle technical and scientific information and methodology necessary for solving forensic cases. 3) Will be able to explain evaluations and regulations related to medicine and forensic medicine in the Turkish Law. 4) Will be able to establish relation with legal concepts and cases or events with legal and medical content. 5) Will be able to report to legal courts in report form the legal concepts related to cases or events with legal and medical content.

COURSE DEFINITION
In this course the basic concepts related to forensic nursing practices; forensic traumatology,forensic gynecology, forensic pathology and thanotology, social forensic medicine, forensic psychiatry, forensic toxicology, forensic serology and forensic genetics and after subjects and important legal concepts related to the Turkish Law in connection with basic legal principles are explained.
