1) Defining the basic principles of Proprioceptif Neuromuscular Facilitation Technique (PNF)
2) Comprehending what are PNF patterns and techniques and their importance

COURSE DEFINITIONThis course includes te subjects of investigating basic principles in Proprioceptif Neuromuskular Facilitation (PNF) technique, upper and lower extremity patterns, head, neck and trunk patterns, fascilitation and inhibition techniques in PNF.

1st Week Introduction to proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation techniques (PNF) and basic principles in PNF
2nd Week Scapula and pelvis patterns
3rd Week Upper extremity patterns
4th Week Lower extremity patterns
5th Week Neck and body patterns
6th Week Basic rules (theoretical) and general repetition used in PNF techniques
7th Week Midterm
8th Week PNF techniques
9th Week PNF techniques
10th Week PNF techniques and PNF applications in mat exercises
11th Week PNF applications in mat exercises
12th Week PNF applications in mat exercises and walking activities
13th Week Facilitation of proximal vital functions
14th Week An overview of PNF
