COURSE DEFINITIONThis course is subject to the use of communication theories and tools in diagnosing, identifying, and solving institutional problems. Different conflicts in the subject and in the source are experiencing in new and traditional media and specifically private media institutions. These conflicts may be interpersonal and inter-organizational. The communication professionals are expected to be able to construct the basic consensus tactics by analyzing these conflict areas. In the course, the source differences (purpose, interest, individual, strategic, etc.) and the definition of conflicts on the basis of these differences are investigated in terms of communication. Reconciliation structures for these areas are analyzed. The industries to be discussed include airways, platform technology companies, transportation, and examples of public policy and social initiatives. In addition, sample event analyzes will be carried out.
