1) Understand public relations as a strategic management function.
2) Knows the concepts and functioning of policy, strategy, tactics for the vision and mission of
the relevant public in public relations practices.
3) Know strategic public relations planning and evaluates practice examples.

COURSE DEFINITIONIn this course, public relations is defined as a strategic management function and the functions that make up the strategic planning process are analyzed. Public relations strategies are examined on the axis of public relations practices, media and ethics discussion, and case studies.
