At the end of this course, the students; 1) Distinguishes forensic cases, prepares a notification report, 2) Diagnoses death, determines the cause, form, origin, place and time of death; issues death certificate 3) Conducts forensic examination, distinguishes signs of trauma findings (mechanical, physical, chemical, biological, psychological) in living or dead, time and mechanisms, case characteristics (violence, sexual assault, forensic psychiatry (legal competence), trauma, ... .), prepares a report by determining the causal link. 4) Collects evidence of the work and sends it to the laboratory / judicial authorities by maintaining the chain of evidence. 5) Determines the need for referral and consultation in real cases. 6) Establishes written and verbal communication with medical and non-medical personnel (prosecutor, police, gendarme, court, social service ?) 7) Manages the process of collecting biological evidence with a multidisciplinary team in the crime scene or clinical departments. 8) Updates his/her knowledge and prepares reports based on up-to-date information, techniques and legal regulations. 9) Integrates his/her theoretical and applied knowledge on related subjects with information from different disciplines. Informs the relevant people and institutions. Leads the multidisciplinary team (doctor, nurse, prosecutor, lawyer, police, social worker, psychologist ...).

COURSE DEFINITION
It is a clinical practice board that includes case discussions and skill training in order to provide the appropriate orientation to the patient, apply frequent medical procedures and guide the patient for complex procedures in common forensic cases.
