At the end of this course, the students; 1) Makes the diagnosis and plans the treatment in a real patient with a common general surgery and musculoskeletal system disease. 2) Makes the differential diagnosis of common general surgery and musculoskeletal system symptoms in a real patient. 3) Refers the real patient with a rare general surgery and musculoskeletal system disease properly. 4) Apply the common medical procedures and interventions of the general surgery and musculoskeletal system to the real patient. 5) Refer the real patient properly for the rare medical procedures and interventions of the general surgery and musculoskeletal system. 6) Approach systematically, search the related literature and perform evidence-based practice for the differential diagnosis in a real patient with general surgery and musculoskeletal system symptoms. 7) Explains the emergency situations, makes diagnosis and treatment direction in rare and/or complicated cases in patients with general surgery and musculoskeletal system diseases

COURSE DEFINITION
A clinical clearkship with case discussions and skill trainings to diagnose and treat the common general surgery and musculoskeletal system diseases, to refer the patient with a rare disease properly, to explain the emergency situations and to make the direction of diagnosis and treatment in those cases, to apply the common and to direct the rare medical procedures and interventions of the general surgery and musculoskeletal system.
