COURSE DEFINITIONIt includes implementation of a project under supervision of an academic staff and preparation of a project report with an aim of instilling independent research and practice.
COURSE CONTENTS
WEEKTOPICS
1st Week Determination of project / research topic.
2nd Week Review the source for the selected topic, review the Project Management (PM) guide.
3rd Week esearch on the selected subject, examination of PM processes.
4th Week Research on the selected subject, creation of concepts and requests in accordance with the PM processes.
5th Week Determining the methods and techniques related to the selected subject, Preparing the business plans of the product to be produced or the project to be realized within the scope of the project and setting up the project schedule.
6th Week Adaptation of selected methods and techniques in accordance with the work plan for the selected subject, preparation of architectural design document, risk analysis.
7th Week Preparation of architectural design document, cost analysis.
8th Week Preparation and construction of the companion.
9th Week Implementation of the determined methods and techniques in accordance with the work plan, realization of the project.
10th Week Implementation of the determined methods and techniques in accordance with the work plan, realization of the project.
11th Week Evaluation of the results and testing procedures, verification of the design by creating the necessary PM documents.
12th Week Preparation of the project report by adding the documents related to the PM processes.
13th Week Preparing a presentation for the final exam.
14th Week Preparation of papers and posters.
