1) Have knowledge about fundamentals of computer aided design.
2) Understand the stages of design.
3) Apply numerical analysis and optimization techniques.
4) Implenent compter aided design on ecologic and sustainable issues.

COURSE DEFINITIONBrief history and introduction to CAD, design stages; Numerical Analysis, Optimization techniques, human-machine interfaces(HMIs), simulation rules, software packages and languages for CAD, interactive and real time design rules and Fundamentals, sample design applications, environmental aspects and energy efficiency in CAD applications, ecologic and sustainable design applications to be optimized. Course includes CAD term project to be presented at the last week.
