At the end of this course, the students; 1) Have knowledge about health information systems, 2) Have knowledge about the importance of information and management of information for health sector, 3) Have knowledge about hospital information system modules, 4) Have knowledge about e-health applications in Turkey, 5) Have knowledge about the effect of Health 4.0 on hospital information systems.

COURSE DEFINITION | Its increasingly important to transmit information fast and on time in health care organizations. For this reason it is required to think more detailed and to study systematically because an effective information system is a prerequisite for health care organizations. Healthcare managers have to own necessary technical skills and knowledge to design an effective information system. |
