LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) Gain knowledge of the individual, group and organizational dynamics of businesses. 2) Gain skills related to the behavioral dimension of management. 3) Learn the basic approaches to employee motivation.

COURSE DEFINITION	Organizational behavior concept and history of organizational research, organization and individual, value, attitudes and job satisfaction are discussed. Personality and emotions, perception and individual decision making, motivation, group, organizational communication, leadership, power and policy, organizational change and stress management, conflict in organizations, organizational learning, decision making in organizations, organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment are also taught in the course.
