At the end of this course, the students; 1) Can understand subject, history and basic problems of Labor Law, 2) Understanding of basic concept of Labor Law, 3) Learn the rules of Labor Contract, 4) Learn rights and duties comes from the Labor Contract, 5) Learn and assess employees working hours, 6) Have knowledge of measures to be taken for occupational health and safety, 7) Learn how to labor contract ending and rights and duties of contractors, 8) Have knowledge of engineering ethics and its importance, 9) Have knowledge of engineering ethics applications.
