1) Gain an understanding of the construction industry,
2) Learn essentials of construction management,
3) Learn essentials of building construction,
4) Learn methods and techniques used for quantity take-off and cost estimation,
5) Learn methods used for scheduling and network analysis,
6) Learn methods used for calculating equipment hourly output and cost,
7) Learn essentials of sustainable construction.
