At the end of this course, the students; 1) Develops comments on the basic concepts of statistics. 2) Makes inferences about the usage areas of different statistical distributions. 3) Applies the hypothesis test and interprets the results. 4) Creates data in SPSS environment, uses data cleaning techniques, analyzes data. 5) Selects the appropriate statistical analysis for the research question. 6) Comment on Type I, Type II error and effect size. 7) Comment on the central limit theorem. 8) Distinguish different statistical distributions. 9)

COURSE DEFINITION
The course includes descriptive statistics, basic probability, probability distributions, sampling and estimation, testing statistical hypotheses, regression, time series forecasting and input data of research into the computer.
