LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) Categorize and relate Psychological Counseling Theories according to their historical development. 2) Explain the philosophy and concepts of psychological counseling theories. 3) Understand the strengths and limitations of each psychological counseling theory. 4) Consider each psychological counseling theory with a culture-sensitive perspective. 5) Understand the contribution of contemporary counseling theories to the field.

COURSE DEFINITION	Major theoretical approaches in psychological counseling and integrating these approaches with practice. Introducing the wide variety of perspectives of leading names in the field of psychological counseling.
