COURSE DEFINITION
The course aims to improve the knowledge about yarn, woven and knitted fabric structures, and to inform the features and characteristics of the fabrics, which affect the performance of the fabric, which closely affects the aesthetics of the garment and the comfort of use, and the issues to be considered in the selection of fabrics suitable for clothing design. In this context, within the scope of the course, fabric samples with different surface appearance, yarn properties and weaving weaves will be analyzed and suggestions will be made about their usage areas.
