COURSE DEFINITIONWithin the scope of this course, current editors and content management (CMS) structures and features used in website design are examined based on design principles. To familiarize students with the new generation design tools and terminology used for broadcasting on the Internet. In the web site design process, prototype design methods and principles are examined with Figma, which is a new generation and easy to use. Visual interface design and responsive website design are learned with Webflow, a codeless website builder. With Webflow, a content management system (CMS), rich web animations and interactive website design are experienced. During the semester, students learn the principles of web publishing and visual content management techniques in hypermedia.

1st Week Meeting, information about the course.
2nd Week Web technologies and internet infrastructure. ASSIGNMENT 1: How Have Websites and Web Design Changed in 10 Years?
3rd Week Using Figma.
4th Week PRESENTATION, prototype website design with Figma.
5th Week PRESENTATION, prototype website design with Figma.
6th Week PROJECT: PHASE 1: Preparing a sketch of a website for both mobile and desktop computers within the scope of social responsibility. PHASE 2: Transforming the interface designs into a prototype website with Figma. Delivering the project digitally with all folders and files.
7th Week Midterm Exam, Evaluation of Interface Designs.
8th Week Webflow usage and features.
9th Week Webflow usage and features.
10th Week Project Critical.
11th Week Project Critical.
12th Week Project Critical.
13th Week End of term Final Project: Delivery of the Website.
