COURSE DEFINITION
Social responsibility is the general name of all the added values ??that individuals or institutions produce freely by considering social benefit and/or positive discrimination for socially disadvantaged groups.
Social responsibility projects, on the other hand, are the state of the benefit, which is mostly produced by institutions by considering the public interest, within the framework of the project management rules and ultimately in a way that feeds the corporate identity and image.
In order to produce social responsibility projects, project management and its principles should be known.
Project management is concerned with planning, executing and controlling complex and unique activities undertaken within a defined period in order to create a specific result, from the beginning to the end, with an integrated perspective. Efforts exhibited in harmony in different areas in the project management process are critical for the success of the projects.
The aim of the course is to provide students with the knowledge and skills they will need in terms of project management and specifically designing and managing social responsibility projects.
Students will also have the opportunity to demonstrate the theoretical knowledge they have acquired through the projects they will produce and manage during the course.
