7th Week HACCP applications in production of several food
8th Week Mid-term Exam
9th Week Food safety organizations and their acting on food safety
10th Week Contaminants in foods in terms of food legislation
11th Week Microbiological criteria for foods, drinking water quality regulations
12th Week Regulations of Poultry and red meat, milk and milk products
