LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) Learns the current legislation provisions related to customs operations and transactions, 2) Gains information about the main international conventions related to customs practices, 3) The application of import and export transactions is learned, 4) Information about which customs regimes will be used in which situations, 5) Learns the documents used in import and export transactions, 6) Learns how to prepare documents 7) Learns the import and export processes, 8) Gains information about which taxes to be paid in foreign trade and how, 9) Learns how to do customs controls.

COURSE DEFINITION	It aims to teach the EU and Turkey customs practices, the basic customs regimes valid in imports and exports, within the framework of the agreements that shape international trade and Turkey's integration with the European Union on the basis of the Customs Union.
