LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) Evaulates the management theories and cossexamine them. 2) Can resolve the relation of mangement approaches with political, economical and social structures. 3) Has information about organization structures and organization culture. 4) Can manage the issues such as conflict, time crisis management and stress. 5) Learns the contemporary management approaches
