1) Explain the features of the drama program and design the program.
2) Comprehend the shooting techniques of drama program.
3) Explain the basic elements of dramaturgy.
4) Creates the design and composition of the scene.
5) Shoots Drama.

COURSE DEFINITIONWith this course, the student; will gain the competencies related to preparing television drama. In the course, which aims to provide the ability to design a drama program and make a drama program by gaining the competencies related to preparing television drama, the concept and history of drama, drama program types and technical features, text features of drama programs, drama shooting and voiceover, drama setup, narration techniques (the plane of events and the plane of form-what and how in film narration), elements of narration (the ways of expression in film and television), verbal and video narration (the language of film and television) were discussed, and the students were given a 5-minute discussion of their subject. The script of a short film is requested to be written.

WEEKTOPICS
1st Week Informing the students about the content of the course and introduction to the course. What is drama? What is dramaturgy?
2nd Week Basic elements of dramaturgy. Application areas of drama.
3rd Week Drama program team. TV drama technical preparations.
4th Week Stage design and composition according to the basic elements of dramaturgy. Drama show idea.
5th Week Preparation and development of drama project proposal.
6th Week Preparation and development of drama project proposal.
7th Week Presentation and evaluation of the drama project proposal.
8th Week Midterm
9th Week Realization of the shooting of the drama project.
10th Week Realization of the shooting of the drama project.
11th Week Realization of the shooting of the drama project.
12th Week Realization of the shooting of the drama project.
13th Week Realization of the shooting of the drama project.
14th Week Delivery and evaluation of the drama project.
15th Week Final examination
