COURSE DEFINITIONThe aim of this course is to make the student adopt the speaking skill, which is one of the leading arts of persuasion in the world, and the rules of speaking the mother tongue correctly and then well. The scope of the course includes the concept of speaking, the basic elements of speaking-listening skills, the concept and importance of diction, the use of the mouth, the use of the voice, the use of the breath, the characteristics of Turkish, the use of vowels, the wrong words and phrases in Turkish, the articulation, the articulation, the decoding and the deciphering, the emphasis, word stress, sentence stress, contribution to speaking and reading.

WEEKTOPICS
1st Week Introduction of the Course and General Introduction to the Course, Detection of Speech Errors of the Students
2nd Week Use of mouth, use of voice, use of breath
3rd Week Features of Turkish, what kind of language is Turkish? Everyone knows the vowels in our language, but do they know how to extract them correctly and cleanly?
4th Week Utterance? prononciation?, strangulation? articulation?,analysis? decipher? explanation.Why is it necessary? What does it add to a conversation or reading?
5th Week Words and phrases that are often misused today. How much do we know the meaning of idioms that are about to disappear, the pearl of a language?
6th Week Emphasis. What is the Emphasis that creates the melody of a language? How many kinds of stress are there in our language?
7th Week Text readings? Deciphering prepared and unprepared texts.
8th Week MIDTERM
9th Week What do you mean you are in your voice?
10th Week The art of speaking and listening well
11th Week Story readings, humor readings
12th Week How to be successful in presentation
13th Week interview techniques
14th Week Evaluation of the semester, advice to students
